HEMP PAINT FIXATOR - MICROPOLYMER PRIMER FOR PAINT AND WATERPROOFING MATERIALS
Modified acrylic copolymer resin-based flexible multi-purpose primer, which allows for application of water-based paint and water-based insulation materials on solid base both indoors and outdoors.
PRODUCT FEATURES
- Eliminates sanding and chalking on weak floors,
- Reinforces and strengthens the texture of any mineral-based, porous infrastructure,
- Adapts to any flexible paint, plaster and flexible insulation materials to be applied on it, preventing blisters and spills,
- Eliminates the absorbency imbalance that is different on repaired surfaces,
- Reduces the water absorbency of the surface without preventing its vapor permeability,
- Prevents shade differences in paint applications.
AREAS OF USAGE
It is used on cement-based plastered surfaces, bricks and similar surfaces indoors and outdoors, for which the necessary surface preparation has been made. It is also used as a primer in Hemp Paint Elastocap, Hemp Paint Waterstop, Hemp Paint Izo Foundation and Hemp Paint Izo Roof applications to be made on reinforced concrete surfaces.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Free particles on the surface should be cleaned by mechanical methods, and the surface should be dry and robust. If there is any damage on the surface, the surface should be strengthened by means of putty and filling materials. Mold or similar organic formations should be removed with chlorinated solutions.
USAGE INFORMATIONS
Our product is sold ready to use. No thinner should be added to the product. It is applied as a single layer according to ambient conditions. The ambient temperature in the place of application should be between +5 and +30 °C. It takes 30 minutes to dry to the touch, 3 hours to be ready for application on it, and 24 hours to dry completely.
STORING CONDITIONS
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. The ambient temperature of the storage place should be between +5 and +35 °C. The product must be protected from freezing. The product should be kept closed when not in use.
